High-Performing Boards and is a BoardSource Certified Governance  Consultant.  She has a proven track record in Planned Giving, Program Evaluation, Advancement, Event Management, and Capital Campaign Feasibility and Management.

Nicole holds a BA in Speech Communications from Baldwin Wallace University and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
